Ms. Bentel
Ms. Bentel is from the western suburbs of Chicago and this is her fifth year at Hancock, joining our family immediately after graduating from the University of Iowa. At Iowa she pursued a degree Mathematics and a Secondary Mathematics Education certification. She recently has completed her Masters of Education in Learning Design and Leadership focusing on Technology in New Learning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. This year she will be teaching Honors Math 2 and Honors Math 3. Outside of teaching Ms. Bentel loves to spend time in nature and with animals and is also a big movie watcher. Most recently Ms. Bentel has been into SCUBA diving and exploring beautiful creatures that live underwater!
